I am constantly trying to find healthy, or healthier alternatives for meals. It is super hard trying to make five people happy. Two of those are kinda on the picky side. I scour the internet weekly trying to find something new. Something tasty. Something that will keep my husband happy and kiddos at least interested in eating it. This past week I made baked ravioli. Let me tell you! It was a hit with the entire family.

I found the recipe on the blog, Vegging on the Mountain.

We used the Bernoulli Marinara for the sauce. For the ravioli, we bought the meat version, but there are places that sell healthier versions. ?I also thawed the ravioli before cooking. It made it easier for the egg to stick. I also used store-bought Panko bread crumbs. Then bake accordingly!

So for all of you that are out there Mom’en It, if you are wanting a quick meal that is sure to please. This one is spot on!
